Tribute Pavers
There is no better lasting way to recognize a Veteran’s service to the country than by including them on a Tribute Paver in the Tribute walkways. Tribute pavers are available to honor any military person or organization and are not limited to Oakland Township residents.
Tributes Pavers will be installed in three places around the site:
- Along the walking path from the parking lot
- In the area around the US flagpole
- In the large arcs in front of the glass service towers
Each area will be bordered on both edges with a slightly darker plain paver.
The Tribute Pavers will be laid between the border pavers, and are laser engraved for a lasting, high quality appearance.

When recognizing your Veteran's service, please note the following:
- Proper abbreviations for Enlisted ranks can be found here.
- Proper abbreviations for Officer ranks can be found here.
- Brick placement in the walkways will be determined at the time of placement. No placement requests can be accepted
- Only those graphic images included on the order forms (listed above) can be accepted
- 4″ x 8″ bricks are allowed three lines of text with up to 20 characters per line
- 4″ x 8″ bricks with a graphic image will be limited to three lines of text with up to 14 characters per line
- Graphic images on a 4″ x 8″ brick will be left justified and centered vertically
- 8″ x 8″ bricks are allowed six lines of text with up to 20 characters per line
- 8″ x 8″ bricks with a graphic image will be limited to three lines of text with up to 20 characters per line
- Graphic images on a 8″ x 8″ brick will be at the top and centered horizontally
- All letters on the pavers will be capital letters
- All periods and commas must be followed by a blank space
